3. Products
We offer original artworks, limited editions, prints, and small creative products (together referred to as “Products”).
Each item is described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and imagery.
However, minor variations in colour, surface, or finish may occur due to screen display differences or the handmade nature of the work.
All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist, even after physical ownership has transferred to the buyer (see Section 10).
4. Orders
When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase a product under these Terms.
You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed.
A binding contract is formed once your payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation of dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or suspected of fraud.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable Austrian VAT (if relevant).
Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from France or Austria unless otherwise stated.
We ship internationally using reliable courier or postal services.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and product type.
Estimated timeframes are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, import regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Customs Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Each item is made or prepared with care.
If your purchase arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact studio@lileeimperator.com within 14 days of delivery.
Under EU law, private consumers (not businesses) have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
To exercise this right, notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take care to ensure all information and materials on this website are accurate and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilee Imperator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products purchased.

All artworks, images, designs, and text on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of Lilee Imperator unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction rights.
No image, text, or product design may be copied, used, or distributed without written permission.
