Can I book you for a project?
Absolutely Yes! I can offer quality, long lasting mural paints on all kinds of surfaces. I'll figure out the design with you together to your complete satisfaction. I am also open for festivals and all kinds of events to paint as a live act.
Shipping
From where do you ship from?
I'm currently based in Bordeaux so all the orders will leave from there.
What are the shipping costs?
You will see the costs for your shipping in the order process as soon as you have added your adress.
They will vary from €5,80 to €20,- for heavy items like wooden panel works.
To which countries do you ship?
I am shipping worldwide. If there occurs any problem with your shipping destination, please don't hesitate to contact me and we'll figure it out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on where you located approx. 3-7 Workdays.
Payment
What are the payment options?
For now I only offer payment in advance. The payment has to be done shortly after receiving the order confirmation. I'll send the articles as soon as the payment arrived.
Returns
What is the return and exchange policy?
I do not offer cancellations, returns and refunds. However if the item you purchased arrived damaged please contact me immediately.
